Wow, I past this family on the bike-way at west 30th street this morning.I had to turn around and get a few pictures.I don’t know where they’re from and didn’t want to start asking a million questions,so I just took a few pictures for you guys! They were waiting and waiting and waiting to cross.

Reuben is too modest to mention that they are on the “home stretch” of an 8000-mile bike tour started last June. We were privileged to host them overnight, 50 miles south of Seattle, in October. They arrived in New York via Panama City, Panama and Richmond, Virginia, having ridden from eastern Canada to Wyoming and from British Columbia down the west coast of North America. A great family adventure.
I noticed after seeing the website and getting the card from them…wish I knew thay could have stayed with us in dtown Manhattan!
